Pricing & Booking Details
The cost for these flights is INR 13,500 (approx. USD $150) per person, each way (all taxes and fees included). Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To secure your seats, please reach out to our wedding planning team with the following details:
1. Full name(s) of the passenger(s) exactly as they appear on your government-issued photo ID.
2. A scanned copy of your photo ID (Passport and valid Indian visa for international travelers).
3. Your preferred flight options (please let us know if you would like a morning flight on the 20th, and your preference for Option A or B on the 23rd).
Once you confirm your flight preferences, our wedding planning team will send you the details for the payment process.
Commercial Flights
If you have planned your own travel, please plan to arrive in Udaipur by early afternoon on 20th November. This will give you enough time to get ready for the first event. For your return on 23rd November, we will be hosting a farewell breakfast in the morning after which you are free to plan your onward travel.
Once your itinerary is firmed up, please share with our wedding planning team the following:
1. Your complete travel itinerary
2. A scanned copy of your photo ID (Passport and valid Indian visa for international travelers).

Airport Transfers
Transfers from the airport to the hotel on 20th November & from the hotel to the airport on 23rd November will be arranged as per your flight details.
